Dear Woodcove Homeowners,

The 2026–2027 budget has been approved.

Beginning October 1, 2026, monthly HOA dues will now be $57.71.

Please update any automatic payments or reminders so the new amount is in place for your October payment.

The option for Annual Payment with a discounted rate is still available to all homeowners.

When you go into your payment portal, you will make a payment in the amount of $634.81.

The Annual payment option is only open until October 31^st, 2026. After that, the 1-month discount will no longer be available.

You can also mail a check to our PO Box if that option works best for you.
